1) Store Planning and Design
- Coordinate new store openings and store renovations with HQ, suppliers, and retailers
- Counter construction & maintenance work
- Design floor plan and furniture placement for new & renovation counters
2) Counter Displays
- Graphic design work for counter product display for new launch / season
- All counter visual / video update
3) Exterior Displays
- Design work for external visual of counter / exterior visual
4) Guidelines
- Consistently monitor counters in order to keeping of quality standards
- Design application work for counter according to brand guidelines
5) Training - VM training
- Support Sales team to design training tools
6) Events
- Design event furniture for Brand event / Road show (Outpost) etc.
- Communication for all the Event furniture/Visual/Layout with HQ
- Set a layout for event
7) Promotion
- Meeting & Sharing idea with Sale/Marketing Team
- Ensure provided Marketing materials (POP) to be clearly presented for all counter. 8) Store Supply Order
- Control stock of POSM
- Monitor and purchase store supplies
9) Material Order (HQ)
- Arrange local display tools storage and order display tools from HQ(DP materials) 10) Uniform (incl. Name Tag & Business Card): Co-work with other multi brands team - - Organize design and provide new uniforms for staff members (twice a year)
- Develop and design uniform and accessories for new launch
11) VM Budget Revisions
- Constantly review remaining budgets against planned expenditure to maximize budget effectiveness against the marketing strategy
- Forecast order work for next year
12) Graphic Design for local VM production

- Working knowledge of retail island/ boutique presentation/ store planning concepts.
- In-depth expertise using software tools including Photoshop and illustrator in creating the retail expression of the brand.
- Good communication skill with key relations (HQ, Retail, Wholesale, Travel Retail, Marketing)
- Intermediate English skill in both verbal and written
- 4 yr. Bachelor Degree.
- Above min 3 years VMD in the brands in department store (Prefer Luxury brands).
