- Drive and manage the recruitment process of new retail staff in effective manner.
- Undertake and manage the exit process of retail staff according to given specifications (provides questionnaire or performs exit interviews).
- Monitor and control the retail personnel cost. (recruitment, salary, training, etc.)
- Conduct the induction (including NEO) process for new retail employees.
- Coordinate the Performance Dialogue and salary review process for retail team.
- Ensure the retail master JD kept up to date.
- Review and advise the C&B data analysis for retail employees from exit interview and job interview.
- Support the Head of HR in being aware of the satisfaction status of retail employees. (eg: initiating a Retail Employee Survey)
- Coordinate the PRSP for Retail process.
- Develop the employee recognition plan especially for retail employees.
- Counsel and handle retail employees’ grievances if any.
- Keep track of the Training Record for retail employees’ development.
- Support Head of HR & Training Manager to prepare and conduct retail specific training. 1
- Participate in ad-hoc HR-projects, as directed by Head of HR.

• 8+ years of experience
• Retail experience
• English communication
• Who can manage strategy, planning for retail workforce management & development but also there will be operational and hands on parts.
• Good understanding on Labor law
• Good communication skill
