-Develop long term and short-term strategic plan and cost forecast ensuring efficient, innovative inbound logistics and 3PL distribution operating process and flow
-Develop distribution capacity plan and facilitate weekly capacity review meeting to ensure CSK operating plan with 3PL service provider and execute/check the progress to achieve the business requirements
-Analyse historical import cost based on source base changes and develop pre-season cost forecast to reflect the trend in product cost and margin plan
-Oversee LSP’s performance to optimize service level versus cost equation. Review KPI performance on the regular basis and create action plans to drive performance improvement in case of deviation at service level
-Ensure goals and objectives are established and executed, on time and on budget. Coach and train the logistics team to enable increased competency and accountability
-Develop and distribute reports, KPI’s, and scorecards that provide insights to overall logistics functions such import traffics, inbound, outbound, return and inventory status. Escalate any issues or potential risk to CSK management team to minimize business risk and legal issues
-Lead various logistics projects (e.g. re-engineering logistics process, flow and system, warehouse moving, service provider bidding, contracting) aimed at developing an efficient and agile supply chain
-Partner with planning team to meet the supply chain operation metrics and optimize supply chain from ex-factory to shop floor
-Educate internal stakeholders on Korea logistics operation processes. Leverage global and industry best practices to improve operation excellence
-Work with global customs, product compliance, finance, and government agencies to meet company standards and government regulations across all aspects of logistics operation
-Lead the process of LSP performance evaluation, bidding, negotiation and contracting process collaborating with global logistics & distribution
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
- 15+ years of relevant business experience with inbound logistics, warehouse management and process improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally and lead internal stakeholder groups in solving business issues
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task as needed to complete projects within a tight deadline
- Experience working with a multinational FMCG company
- Proficient in oral and written English communications
