- Actively participates in developing & implementing marketing research strategy based on good understading of market, competitors, and customers to grow brand equity
- Lead and manage all research including Consumer Panel research, U&A research and Ad hoc menu research
- Defines and implements the go-to-market strategy working with the related functions such as Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operation. Lead in cooperation with Product marketing, the development and planning process.
- Be aware of strategic market intelligence
- Control Research agencies with effective directions and guidline.
경력 및 자격요건
소비재 - 유통, 리테일, 외식등 마케팅 리서치 전문 경력 8년 이상
유명 마케팅 리서치 전문 출신 선호
- At least 8+ years of consumer-oriented marketing research experience in restaurant or retail industry or in top tier agencies
- BA degree
- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
- Clear communicator (verbal, written, presentation) and solid organization skills with ability to manage and coordiate projects
- Team player and adaptable
- Mature, confident, and successful professional
- Good English is a must
- Unquestionable ethics and integrity
- Interantioonal business experience a plus
- Power user in MS Office suite
