1) Project Management – Category communications
• Work with Communications Manager and whole communications/event/marketing/legal team and engineers on new product launch projects.
• Manage PR and event agencies to maintain best class quality in all activations.
• Organize the event/engagement opportunity for press and influencers.
• Build project plans and strategies and manage timeline and budget.
• Establish networks with key external stakeholders for credentialing.
• Develop and manage media relations opportunity for pitching story.
• Manage all press materials, visual assets, digital content and machines.
2) Media/Stakeholder Relations
• Oversee PR agency activity calendar to properly respond media inquiries and take initiative in building relationship with media.
• Be flexible and open-minded to grasp local media environment as well as absorb brand’s philosophy and strategic directions.
• Manage and update press documents, media/influencer/stakeholder list.
• Pioneer relationship with key influencers, organizations and opinion leaders as a representative of communications.
• Support issue/crisis management and corporate initiative.
3) Third-party Management
• Maintain a core base of suppliers that offer key deliverables – quality, flexibility, reliability and cost.
• Work with the Legal and Procurement teams on costing, terms, supplier contracts and resolve any disputes that might arise.
4) Internal Communications
• Support and lead bi-weekly, monthly and on-demand internal communication events working with Communications Manager.
• Share any updates with internal teams and feed insights to management levels.

• Strong proven 6-8 years track record of PR/communications in brands or agencies;
• Beauty/lifestyle industry experiences preferred;
• Past experience in/with multinational brands;
• Working within strong teamwork;
• Understanding and experiences in local media environment and international business;
• Proven ability to effectively manage high profile global communications initiatives and campaigns with particular experience on issues related to technology, outreach to diverse global and national audiences and issue management;
• Experiences in media and stakeholder events and meetings;
• Experiences in budget and third-party management;
• Clear understanding of media, trend and technology;
• Fluency in English - persuasive written/verbal skills in Korean and English
• Masters university degree
• Strong interpersonal communications skills with clear multi-lingual (Korean/English) and cross-cultural communication skills;
• Meticulous attention to detail;
• Project management skills with multiple projects at once, backboned with time and cost management as well as people liaison skills;
• Purchasing and negotiation skills;
• Broad thinker and open-minded with strong analytical skills; ability to use media/market analysis to identify high potential opportunities;
