1) Human Resources
- Manage all human resources functions but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding process, salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, resignation and termination
- Ensure all HR activities comply with the legal and statutory requirements
- Ensure up-to-date personal and leave records are maintained
- Ensure to carry out recruitment activities are in alignment with department budget
- Facilitate reference check, package proposal, employment contract and document verifications
- Perform compensation and benefit administration and ensure all payroll data / staff movement / benefit actions are carried out timely and accurately
- Assist the Head of HR, Asia to manage the company’s annual compensation & benefit review and HR processes e.g. annual salary review, budget process and performance management
- Provide HR reports and statistics in a timely and accurate way to regional office and management review
- Undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by the Head of HR, Asia.
2) Office Administration
- Ensure smooth running of administration functions, maintain condition of office, manage general maintenance and order office supplies
- Arrange air tickets and hotel reservation for travellers and monitor the travel expenses to ensure they are within Company’s budget
- Manage correspondence with employees on payable issues
- Execute finance review procedure on various vendor payment applications based on legal/tax regulation, company guideline & policy, finance rules etc
- Process the payment and tax invoice in accordance with company policy
- Work closely with Retail Operations Department on daily operations tasks
- Maintain good relationship with store staff and ensure the company policies and practices are followed in the stores
- Support implementation of procurement process including office supplies
- Any ad hoc project as assigned by General Manager, Korea
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 3 years’ experience in administration and human resources, preferable in fashion retail industry
- Well versed in Korean Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations
- Strong organizational skill, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel spread sheet
- Demonstrable ability to use initiative and be proactive
- Have a sense of urgency and ability to deal swiftly with changing needs
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative when required
- Response positively to feedback and direction
- Highly organized with an ability to multi task
- Pleasant and accommodating disposition
- Innovative and proactive, with a “can do” attitude
- Enthusiastic with a good sense of humour
- Well presented with the ability to communicate confidently
