• Engage & inspire the customers and the counter staffs with the story of the brand (SIS, HourPassion, Travel Retail)
• Manage Brand training material and Brand E-learning once launched
• Carry out in-depth field coaching sessions to reinforce the knowledge on Brand products, launches, brand guidelines, selling skill and customer service
• Prepare market training materials following the global contents
• Share best practices across all levels to ensure key learnings are transparent
• Responsible for increasing sales at Mono & multi-counter environment (Local & DF) for Brand acting as the brand ambassador in the field
• Drive consistency in standards of Brand service and brand presentation
• Handle Customer Service and Monitor Complaints
• Gather Brand insight – Be the brand’s eyes & ears, gather market intelligence on
trends & competitors.
• Monthly filed visit reporting – Communicate market trend, activities to the sales team
• Analyse the store and develop the customized sales boost plan
경력 및 자격요건
- More than 5~7 years counter sales experience
- Minimum 1 year counter staff management experience
- Training or Sales Consulting Experience
- Basic MS Excel, Powerpoint
- Basic English
- Excellent grooming, customer service skill
- Communication, relationship and negotiation Skills
- Frequent Travels to be planned
