• Order preparation and buying (4 times a year)
Establish buying strategy and budget planning in conjunction with the corporate goal, financial budget, and product calendar. Create and maintain seasonal buy plans to meet the budget and margin.
• Sales analysis
Work with teams to generate business analyses to track selling, identify key trends, maximize opportunities to achieve continued growth and profitability of the outlet businesses. Support the development and execution of the outlet businesses
• Communication
Work with corporate merchandising team to ensure proper assortments are created as well as ordering and tracking shipment. Communicate effectively any and all changes/additions/cancellations to all departments to ensure clear information flow throughout the company
• Merchandising team management
Provide leadership by instilling passion and direction through coaching and development of a cohesive team
• Stock management, product allocation, replenishing and report
• Pricing
• DC%, Family sale, clearance allocation for product management
• Store floor set and co-work with VMD
• Product training
• Market research
• Project where necessary
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience
• Merchandising experience in fashion/luxury/retail industry/multinational company preferred
• Business acumen and commercial sense
• Understanding of Business planning/analysis and the merchandising department’s responsibility to the overall budget
• Strong and clear communication skills verbally and in writing both Korean and English
• Connecting and interpersonal skills, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with related stakeholders
