1) Marketing (experience in digital marketing is preferred)
• Provide strategic and tactical support to the market in order to establish the right image of the brand.
• Implement Marketing activities in the local market, in compliance with HQ guidelines, including VIP events and programs.
• Manage current customer and VIP database in coordination with Retail department and develop new external database to expand the presence of the brand in the right target.
• Making use of all corporate Marketing tools available and adapting to local needs.
• Manage approved agencies and service providers to ensure quality, costs and effectiveness.
• Coordinate translation needs and related services and execute regional and/or local translation where necessary.
• Provide the local team with necessary analysis of the competitors’ activities.
• Provide the local team with reports of all Marketing activities executed locally, with detailed analysis of sales and result.
• Contribute towards and support the roll out of corporate/regional initiatives/projects.
• Support the HQ with digital activities, especially with the activities of the brand official webpage.
• Assist manage in planning and budgeting of all Marketing activities and handling Marketing expenses.
• Supervise marketing activities, including the use of brand image, of direct stores, franchise and wholesale partners.
• Liaise with internal and external personnel such as Retail team, agencies and Department Store personnel and seek opportunities for collaboration in order to support the sales.
2) Advertising
• Develop the local advertising media plan, according to brands and products positioning and advertising budget
• Ensure the implementation of the local advertising media plan
• Manage the relationship with selected magazines
• Analyze advertising results
• Assist in proposing and negotiating the purchasing of media spaces
경력 및 자격요건
- Marketing 경력 7년 이상(과~차장급)
- Retail 경력 필수
- 영어 필수
- Communication Skill 우수자
- Digital 및 광고 경력자 우대
