• Promoting and selling company's products and services within Korea across our customer accounts, in turn meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from company's products and/orservices.
• Promoting and establishing education of company products/ services
• Conducting market research activities into customers/ competitor activity
• Implementing market development plans/strategies and go to market changes as needed.
• Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge.
• Keeping abreast of and understanding current published therapy literature.
• Recognising and understanding competitive products, industry trends
• Liaising with our regional APAC team, Marketing and R&D for improvements and next generation needs.
• Representing the company at industry conferences and maximising our potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads, and pursue opportunities to promote the company’s product portfolio

• Minimum 5 years work experience with strong clinical background.
• Preference given to candidates with 3 years of clinical experience in Mechanical Circulatory Support, such as perfusion and ECMO systems
• Proven experience within a clinical cardiac setting
(Cardiac Technician/ Perfusionist/ Cardiac Nurse)
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen
• The ability to be a self-starter and show initiative.
• Strong accountability and ability to follow through.
• Bachelor degree qualifications
