-Supporting lacal sales channels in terms of sales, marketing and technical expertise
-Expanding the customer base in the territory by engaging potential customers
-Introducing new technological solutions jointly with sales channels, directing the customers through testing process by providing technical support and troubleshooting
-Participate in marketing efforts by attending Conferences, Fairs, Trade shows
-Ensuring good communication between the sales channels and multiple divisions and offices of the company including international sales teams, R&D and product development, marketing, logistics, finance
-In-depth understanding of the product and its applications across various sectors

-A degree in Chemistry, Materials Science or Material Engineering
-More than 7 years experience in sals and promotion of chemicals in Silicon and other elastomer
-English communication skill : Fluent in English
-A track record of sucessful NPI projects is desirable
-Ability to understand material science, basic chemistry, materials engineering, supply chains in abbove mentioned industries
-Willingness to travel extensively, mostry within Korea
-Excellent communication skills, ability to engage customers at all levels
-Being proactive and self-driven
-Ability to work independently and as a part of multi-cultural global team
-Experienc of working with a start-up is an advantage
