- Facilitate Training modules For Retail and Wholesale teams
(ensure follow-up)
- Ensure that learnings from the training are applied on the Job. Identify best practices and spread them throughout the network.
- Diagnose and assess the needs of training per Store part of the geographical scope (based upon weekly and monthly report + weekly calls with Store Managers).
- Identify strengths and areas of improvements of teams and individuals on the Client Experience thanks to in-store observation, a close collaboration with Retail Managers, Store managers and through feedback from the Teams.
