- Drive forecast accuracy improvement in the market by working with local Sales& Marketing team and Regional Supply Chain for both collaboration forecast and item level forecast
- Regular review market inventory status with latest forecast, highlighting the inventory risks timely and work with Regional team to take necessary actions to minimize the risks
- Timely replenish the products from Venray or for US Outer per Regional order policy
- Do the deployment planning to timely replenish products from mother warehouse to other locations in the market
- Do the kitting planning to ensure the kits availability in the market
- Coordinate to implement any new Planning policy, tools or reports from Global or Regional
- Other inventory optimization activities for the market
- Maintain planning parameters to be fully utilized for local CM planning with requisitions
- Kept track of the current sales trend per item/category and identify any seasonality index to be reflected into planning consideration
- Review aged inventory and work with Regional team to minimize the inventory obsolete risk.
- Report new item’s sales by analyzing trend and cannibalization & Slow-moving status for the actions.

- At least 3-8 years’ experience in Distribution Planning/ Production Planning/ Material Planning/ Demand Planning in a Multinational company, preferred with 2 years supervisor role if possible
- Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or other relevant areas;
- Hands on experience with ERP/ MRP system planning modules (Oracle preferred) •
- Strong computer and database query skills, specifically in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Bilingual as native speaker in local market and good English both in oral and written.
