1. Group Reporting
Perform the assigned activities of the Reporting function with integrity and timeliness while in compliance to policies/procedures in order to support business decisions and delivery of financial performance (VONB, EV, and OPAT)
a. Prepare the actual and budget Byline in accordance and in compliance to the IFRS requirements and Group’s policies/procedures
b. Provide the actuarial templates such as claim breakdowns, expense template, and other detail actuarial reports to Group office.
c. Reconcile the Byline items with actuarial data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of reporting
d. Answer enquires related to IFRS templates or reconciliation related matters
e. Produce the quarterly/monthly management reports as well as budget packages on timely basis
f. Compare the variance of the actual results against budgets and obtain explanations.
g. Perform the Reserve Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Reconciliation separately as well as preparing the supporting documents for each account.
h. Check the any significant variances between the current and past results and assure the accuracy and reasonableness
i. Prepare the Subsequent Event Reports, CFO sign-off package, as well as FS Certification packages on timely basis
j. Engage in system development and modification to meet the changing requirements
k. Handle ad hoc tasks related to financial closing and reporting assigned by supervisor
2. Local Regulatory Reporting
Prepare local regulatory reports with timeliness and integrity in compliance to local regulatory requirements
a. Ensure that the reports are prepared in a timely manner and in compliance with latest regulatory requirements
b. Keep up to date reporting manuals according to regulation changes
3. Other responsibilities
Performs other responsibilities and duties

University degree holder, a candidate seeking a professional designation such as CPA is plus
Experience in insurance firm is a plus
Proficient in Excel and hands-on experience in SAP accounting software is an added advantage
Able to meet tight work schedule and mange multi-tasks under pressure
Independent, detail-oriented, adaptive, innovative and a team-player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
