• Product Engineer : VCT product development for production launch, improvement and cost reduction
- Review customer requirements/specifications and initiate/conduct feasibility studies.
- Support customers by providing technical, design and product application guidance to meet customer needs.
- Lead internal design reviews and regularly interfaces with Engineering and other functions Manufacturing, Sales, Program Management, Purchasing and Quality to address all aspects of products design and function and insure flawless production launch.
- Follows designs per design guides and lessons learned, maintains engineering evidence data
- Communicate with global engineering teams for knowledge and performance.
- Troubleshoot problems and work on issues to eliminate problems by identifying root cause and provide solutions

• B.S in mechanical engineering related is required.
• 5~8 yrs of engineering experience in developing powertrain related automotive products
- Engine valvetrain
- PTC Creo and/or AutoCAD
- TS16949 quality systems
- Office software
• Understanding of gasoline and/or diesel engine system, mechanical design and manufacturing processes (must)
• Good communication skills in English
