• Korea General Manager
- Develop mid and long term strategy for achieving a sustainable profitable long-term business growth.
- Provide leadership and direction to the organization to motivate the team to successfully execute strategies and plans.
- Lead sales teams to develop and execute a strategy that will drive continuous profitable growth. This includes building knowledge of markets, industry trends, competitors and customers.
- Identify and capture revenue growth through all segments of business, including key customer accounts and transactional customers.
- Manage business P & L including key measures such as Gross Margin, Operating Expenses and Return on Assets.
- Manage all aspects of working capital including receivables, inventory and payables.
- Build and manage close relationships with key suppliers and customer accounts.
-Align local marketing, branding and promotion plans with ASPAC Marketing and execute.
- Lead local technical center and activities in alignment with company strategy.
- Seek acquisition targets and drive growth of business through acquisitions.
경력 및 자격요건
• B.S in business, science or related topics. MBA preferred.
• Min15 years of experience(Sales/MKT/Tech) related to Specialty Chemicals industry.
• With 8 years or more experience in management roles.
• Excellent market-driven business development, strategy execution capabilities.
• Strong financial background, experience with running P&L independently.
• Fluent in Korean and English
