- Supervise each Brand managers or Assistant manager for the achievement of each brand’s business objectives & goal
- Prepare annual/three year plan and division budgets for each brand and report to directly to head-office
- Negotiated space & margin & condition with operator & head-office for brand launching or renovation
- Planned Budget, Identifying Market Share & sales volume and managed sell-in & out processes
- Integrate and align marketing and sales to achieve maximum efficiency of marketing activities. (e.g. promotions, events, product launches)
- Reporting & Communication directly to Area manager or Regional Director
- Hire, train & motivate office employee and beauty Consultant

- 동종업계 면세 or 국내 글로벌 화장품 Brand Manager 경력자(차,부장급)
- 영어 능통자
- Proactive/ Optimistic, Passionate
- Strong communication Skill
- Strong in detail and good sense of responsibility
