1. Be in charge of daily boutique operations : Define and adapt operation policies in line with HQ’s guidelines
- Support Retail Manager related to overall boutique operations
- Monitor all guidelines are observed by boutiques
- Ensure boutique conditions to be maintained
- In charge of flagship store operations’ excellence
- In charge of BTQ audit and Co-ordinate with ICS team
- Management related to exchange, return, discount approval, and payment
- Regularly update and circulate Operation Guideline Book co-working with HQ
- In charge of “Retailonics” project for boutique operation improvement
2. Sales Management
- Develop action plans to boost up sales trend communicating with each boutique
- Monitor and report sales trend and competitors’ activities
- Analyse sales performance and individual sales performance
- DM, Event, and Banner execution with related department and retailers
3. HR Management
- Recruit boutique staffs and allocate boutique staffs properly with Retail Manager
- Arrange interview and communicate with boutiques
- Manage HR issues for boutique staffs and report to HR on monthly basis
- Update monthly incentive and report to HR
- Involve in developing welfare with HR team
4. BTQ Security Management
- Monitor all security guidelines are observed by boutiques coordinating with Security
- Stock Loss follow-up such as incident report and stock adjustment
