• Bachelor’s degree; concentration in communication, journalism, political science, marketing or business is preferred.
• More than 15 years of experience in corporate communications and/or public affairs. Healthcare industry experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device company/agency is preferred.
• Experience managing and instituting operational systems, policies and procedures in a global, matrixed environment.
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive communications that simultaneously address the needs of a broad stakeholder audience.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated capability to interact with management teams to support the crafting of strategies and objectives.
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media strategies and a demonstrated ability to craft and implement broad digital/social campaigns with success.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to enable effective relationships across a global enterprise.
