- Assess and analyze the business and individual developmental needs
- Design and deliver developmental programs including leadership, coaching, functional/ professional programs, 360 degree feedback, organizational development and cultural change
- Partner with HQ and business leaders to create resources and variety of tools to develop future leaders
- Provide internal organizational development consultation to business leaders
Work with management team on overall talent management including talent acquisition, retention and succession planning
- Drive a culture of Performance Management. Facilitate the sessions with employees and share updates to business leaders to align with the performance management philosophy.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of talent programs by analyzing data and providing feedback and/or modifications as needed
- Lead organizational change management to drive a high-performing culture
- Source and fill open requisitions in a timely and cost effectively manner
- Manage various sourcing channels effectively
- Promote internal move and develop talent pipeline
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational
- Development, Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HRBP
- Prefer the experience in change management and organizational development
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation skills and presentation skills
- Fluent in both Korean and English
