The Business Development Specialist is responsible for leading the market and business development strategies to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth and acquire Beverage & Dairy accounts for the Korea organization. The incumbent should also work closely with the local Sales team in driving the marketing and business development activities effectively to achieve the sales targets.

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Market / Business Development role within a technology based company with complex B2B interactions with proven track records of success.
• Experience working in global matrix organizationin MNC/international group handling big strategic accounts preferably in FMCG or large industrial space
