1) Organizational support and Recruitment & staffing
- Participate as an active strategic and tactical business partner to Brand in setting and achieving their strategic goals in terms of organizational design (including clear Job Descriptions/role profiles), talent acquisition and employee deployment
- Review, assess, develop, implement talent strategy in support their business needs with well-planned workforce and talent pipelines management (succession planning)
2) Performance and day-to-day HR operations
- Provide support to supervisors and managers in performance management by setting SMART performance goal and objectives with action plans.
- Communicate and implement all core HR processes and initiatives, ensure company policies, procedures and practices are understood and applied
3) Compensation & Training and Development
- Provide updated market information and business needs to the C&B team to ensure both internal equity and external competitiveness is obtained
4) HR administrations & transitions

경력 및 자격요건
- Over 7 years of experience in HRM & HRD (FMCG, Fashion, Retail, luxury industries preferred)
- Strong Business Acumen and interpersonal skills
- Solid operational experience
- Bachelor’s Degree above
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures and state/ Korea Labor Standard Act and labor regulations
- Excellent speaking and writing English
- Preferred Experience in retail business
