•Developing effective external communications strategies targeting external stakeholders including media, patients, government officials, customers, physicians, distributors, healthcare systems, private payers and the general public.
•Implementing relevant external communications activities aligning with areas of global communications focus.
•Leading media relations activities
•Play a role as a brand strategist by providing brand education, guidelines and advices to employees
•Executes the writing, editing and approval of event scripts, speeches, key documents and reports, promotional materials, press releases, interviews, FAQs and other external and internal communications vehicles as defined.
•Developing digital/social communications strategies and initiatives and implementing relevant activities
•Managing PR agency relationships when necessary
•Develop strategic issues management programs and handle issues and crisis to protect brand
•Develop and execute effective leader training and communications programs and support their needs
•Develop and execute company-wide key events requiring strong strategic content support and cross-functional collaboration
경력 및 자격요건
•Bachelor’s degree; concentration in communication, journalism, marketing or business is preferred. MBA or other advanced degree highly preferred.
•Minimum 5-year experiences in communications, marketing communications, advertisement/PR
•Work experience in healthcare industry is preferred
•Fluent in both written and verbal English
•Computer skills (MS Office Suite of products
