1) Commercial Planning Excellence
• Accountable for the development, management and forecasting of the Rolling Open to Buy for both Mainline (including Digital) & Outlet across all Divisions
• Accountable for alignment with Finance on Fiscal Budgets and Forecasts, incorporating Product strategies for Sales, Margin & Inventory
• Accountable for the management of regional inventory within budget targets across Mainline, Outlet and Wholesale
• Own the partnership with Lead Merchant to manage the business through in-season analysis and long-term strategies, driving sales and maximizing margin
• Responsible for owning the partnership and leading communication of Collection and Rolling Open to Buy’s to Central teams based in London
• Accountable for the Collection Open to Buy alignment with Regional Merchants for sales and inventory ahead of each collection, including focus stores and clusters
• Responsible for the review of collection buys with Merchants, focusing on key investments ensuring buys are within agreed budgets
• Responsible for ensuring a balanced and profitable assortment that drives productivity and full price sell through
• Responsible for the sign off of all collection Open to Buy’s with Regional GM’s/Presidents and Finance Leads
• Consulted on in-season Open to Buy decisions relating to additional procurement or request to cancel/delist or transfer
• Consulted on sales and inventory forecasts on a monthly basis for replenishment product across both Mainline and Wholesale
• Accountable for Mainline markdown forecasting, communicating with Merchants on strategies for execution and Outlet team in terms of volume of delist

• Demonstrated experience leading a regional planning team in a fast paced commercial and luxury environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills: inspiring, energising and instilling a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability
• Demonstrated excellence across all aspects of regional planning, including financial/commercial planning, Open to Buy management and inventory management
• Creative, innovative and customer-oriented when faced with business challenges
• Solid decision-making capability driven by developing strategic product and business initiatives
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with credibility across all levels of the organisation
• Dynamic and collaborative style, able to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and translate strategic direction into day to day direction within the region
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous
