•To create strategic plans for the business
•To conduct market modeling, opportunity assessment, and market sizing for effective marketing plan development
•To develop annual marketing strategies, actionable programs, core positioning, and messaging for market share gain and market development.
•Identify market barriers, test, prioritize, and develop relevant marketing plans to overcome identified barriers and drive market development for the business.
•To lead development of product launch plans and spearhead the launch process to ensure achievement of product launch objectives
•To work with Global, AP regional, and marketing counterparts and exchange updates on market trend and marketing plans to ensure alignment with the teams.
•Conduct diligent market and competitive assessment to identify business opportunities and to create evidence-based marketing programs and initiatives.
•To lead market research to understand customer needs and define new market opportunities.
경력 및 자격요건
•Bachelor’s degree or above
•MBA is preferred
•9 ~ 12 years of experience in healthcare industry
•Minimum 5+ years of Marketing experience
•Product marketing experience is preferred
•Sales experience will be a huge plus
•Market development or market expansion experience will be a plus
