담당업무
1) Organizational support and Recruitment & staffing
- Participate as an active strategic and tactical business partner to CS in setting and achieving their strategic goals in terms of organizational design (including clear Job Descriptions/role profiles), talent acquisition and employee deployment
- Review, assess, develop, implement talent strategy in support their business needs with well-planned workforce and talent pipelines management (succession planning)
- Proactively lead and drive recruitment /interview, test and select the right people to fill in vacancies based on business plan and needs
- Help build talent leadership pipelines at all levels to support business growth and expansion
- Complete all hiring and on-boarding processes on new hires, maintain background check and compliance eligibility documentation
2) Performance and day-to-day HR operations
- Provide support to supervisors and managers in performance management by setting SMART performance goal and objectives with action plans.
- Communicate and implement all core HR processes and initiatives, ensure company policies, procedures and practices are understood and applied
3) Compensation & Training and Development
- Provide updated market information and business needs to the C&B team to ensure both internal equity and external competitiveness is obtained
- Coordinate with the central HR service centre on employee transactional activities including compensation, benefits, leaves and data integrity to ensure efficiency and eliminate redundancy, complete transitional duties as needed 
3) HR administrations & transitions
- Keeps record of compensation, hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations and disciplinary records.
4) Employee Relations and retention
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s Degree in related filed with 8-12 years of HR Generalist experience is required 
- HR Generalist with Retail experience is desired but not required and prior Business Partner role is ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and have a thorough understanding of Microsoft office tools
- Strong Business Acumen and interpersonal skills
- Solid operational experience
- Knowledge of local government law and regulations of labour, company HR policies and procedures
