- Assist in budgeting & reporting
- Assist in business review reporting
- Sales monthly closing
- General support on sales operations and to improve various aspects for business development
- Organize and recap sales meetings
- Office supplies management
- In charge of tax invoice issuing for AR recording
- Monitor, report and coordinate payment of store expenses
- Third party SIS & Direct SIS incentive pay out consolidation
- Part-timers expense & counter staffs day off consolidation
- Consolidate data, analyse sales trend on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis for all the brand’s business channels.
- Sales report to HQ and local service team
- Contribute to market research on competitors
- Provide monthly product analysis report (SIS and WS) Discuss and proposal with HQ to Set up for new product pricing
- Responsible for monthly product forecast for existing and launching product (SIS and WS)
- Propose Hour passion outlet items quarterly basis

- Sales administration experience
- Minimum more than 3~5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English
- Able to use MS office (priority in Excel)
- Able to use SAP, ERP
- Watch & Jewellery, Fashion, Cosmetics industry
