경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum BA degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science. Advanced degree is preferred.
- Industrial experience in adhesive, coating or paint formulations and their uses.
- Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, synthesis, structure-property relationship, and evaluations is a plus.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in Technical environment that includes team building, HR development and allocation.
- Strong English communication skills in both oral and written.
- Good project and people management skills, including multi-tasking and time management, resource allocation and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with other functions within the organization, and to work effectively with customers and suppliers.
