1) Business Activity:
- Assist Retail Director to implement business plan to each boutique within the Duty Free network
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales(sell-in/sell-out) target
- Negotiation with DF Operators to maximize the performance, secure the brand image
2) Operations:
Duty free:
- Main interlocutor for operation follow up with duty free operator and duty free boutique teams
- Manages the operations processes: from ordering to shipping, monitoring inventories, backorders and deliveries
- System handling(sales, stock in NSI/Booster)
- Sales inquiry follow-up
- Company procedure implementation
- Ensures the repairs are done in a timely manner and manage potential DF client complaints
- Ensures that appropriate reporting is provided to Headquarters and local/regional teams, in terms of sales analysis and finance
- Frequent boutique visits - Coach and counsel Store Managers in accordance with brand policies
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is being provided
- Ensure consistent management, operational practices and customer service in all stores in area
- Ensure DF boutiques are maintained at a level of excellence
3) Stock management:
- Control stock level in order to meet the demand while maintaining stock assortment. Check monthly rotation
- Anticipate shortage and define necessary actions.
- Propose stock to duty free operator based on stock assortment, sales trends and stock status
- Monthly analysis on DF stock and sales – reports with qualitative comments on trends and competitors results/activity
4) CRM
- Monitoring client data base(especially Chinese) and study to develop the CRM program for Travel Retail business
- Coordinate with the DFS Operator to maximize the CRM action plans(VIP, special Event and so on)
- Marketing/Visual Merchandising
- Work closely with Duty Free operator team and the marketing team to achieve sales goals.

- At least 10 years of professional experience(차장~부장)
- Previous experience in Duty free business would be appreciated
- English fluent
- Frequent travels to be planned
