General
• Take lead to develop digital marketing strategy and on online marketing initiatives, and maximize online channel sales with clear action plan and effective stakeholder management
• Closely coach Local Communication Specialist regarding online communication topics (email marketing, social media marketing,etc.)
• Closely work with Asia HQ digital marketing team to drive digital initiatives in Korea
• Maintain and enhance Hilti online website platform using relevant tools (AEM, WCMS, etc.)
Business
• Establish, implement, and monitor the online sales strategy for increasing online sales share in alignment with Region team and Local stakeholders
• Establish, implement, and monitor online sales promotions with clear target and KPIs
• Offer training to AM on how to guide customers to use online website
Contents,Features
• Regularly reivew and fix the broken links on the website
• Establish and lead implementation of the process for contents upload and maintenance as a website platform owner (e.g. product information contents)
• Take lead on new function launch and other functional enhancement processes on the website by engaging with all relevant stakeholders including Region and Local team (e.g. local engineering, Repair service, etc.)
경력 및 자격요건
• 5+ years of work experience
• 3+ years of Digital marketing experience
• Experience in B2B sale/marketing is a plus
• High level of business English skill (especially speaking)
• Strategic thinker who can craft strategic direction with solid logic
• Self-motivated professional
