- Develop sales, market share and gross profit objectives consistent with overall business strategies, return on investment and competitive position.
- Develop and submit for approval and execute realistic business development activities, programs and set budgets through which the company will meet its sales and profit objectives in the global market place.
- Manage costing and proposals as requested for all marketed products
- Manage and conduct presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers to achieve growth objectives as requested.
- Manage regular reports and analyses of new business achievements, opportunities and targets.
- Act as a bid leader including coordination of costing, planning, designing, bid strategy.
- Establish project brief (unspecified projects) in conjunction with the client. Review brief to identify competitive advantages and incorporate value added into project development.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to extend and develop the company’s customer and profit base.
- Develop a company strategic business direction & plans through managing marketers.
- Conduct sales visits, and attend meetings and exhibitions as required.
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate in a business or marketing discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the marketing and sales role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or clinical research organization.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in team leadership, motivating people and project management and excellent performance
- Result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive with strong leadership and able to inspire and motivate staff
- Computer literate, good command of spoken and written English
