1. Overall responsible for managing SCM including PO process, FARO, inventory management, stock control, SO process, customer service & warehouse management.
2. Supply review & Demand review in FARO process.
3. Manage stock control and inventory level to minimize potential write-offs, out of stock.
4. Provide early identification of potential problem.
5. Reporting regularly – stock statement report, Supply Review Pack, Inventory report, OOS report, OFR report and Min-Max ABC Inventory report.
6. Warehouse management.
7. Manage purchasing cycle, including generating requisitions, PO creation, PO follow up, goods reception and finial payment.
8. Cooperate with Regional SC, local RA, Finance and relevant as required.
9. Proper communication with suppliers and customs agent

• Bachelor degree with major of supply chain, logistics or business
• Min 3 years experiences in inventory planning, logistics and warehouse operations
• Experiences for MRP, ERP software
• Pharmaceutical industry experiences are preferred
• APAC or cross region responsibility experiences are preferred
• Computer literate, fluent written English
