•Provide leadership and direction to the supply chain planning team. Recruit, manage, engage and support the team to ensure they have a clear understanding of their goals within the context of company’s Corporate Objectives, and to drive talent and contribute to their career development.
•Manage a supply chain planning team for a specified business function to develop high quality demand and supply plans which deliver a high level of product availability and an optimum level of inventory in warehouses and field locations.
•Work collaboratively with business units and functional stakeholders to support revenue growth, drive supply chain efficiencies and improve operational processes.
•Deliver an excellent level of customer service to all internal and external customers.
•Support the roll out of S&OP and process improvement, standardization and new systems projects.
•Develop strategies and initiatives to deliver operational excellence and delight customers in all facets of supply chain
•Partner with all operational and functional teams in Korea and the regional COE, on lean process improvement and process harmonization.
•Ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards (including ISO13485) are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.

•More than 5 years of people leadership, supply chain department leadership, in a supply chain planning or supply chain management capacity, leading planners, analysts, inventory management and master data, within a leading multinational organization
•Demonstrated experience in SAP R3 & APO to subject matter expert level.
•Lead significant change management and transformation programs, including developing and presenting business cases.
•More thatn 3 years of project management experience, in leading major supply chain initiatives, including SAP implementation, enhancements, KPI projects, and demand planning tools and annual operating budgeting.
•Demonstrated ability working successfully in a global, matrix, complex stakeholder environment
•Demonstrated ability working collaboratively with employees, leaders, clients and vendors
•Demonstrated ability to identify, design, lead and implement cross-functional projects and process improvements, using lean and DMAIC
•Experience in Medical device / supplies, and / or specialist medical equipment supply, like Cardiac, Spinal, Diabetes, or emergency medical equipment supply is desired, though not essential.
•Extensive experience in consignment stock process management.
•Demonstrated ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships throughout a customer organization.
•Experience in evaluating supply chain performance, identifying issues and developing recommended solutions.
•Proven ability to structure and conduct advanced supply chain analyses in the areas of inventory management, supply planning, product launch planning, forecasting, global distribution network optimization, field Inventory consignment management and order fulfillment.
•Strong PC analytical skills including extensive use of database and spreadsheet tools such as MS Excel, and advanced reporting analytics tools like Tableau .
