- Managing ERP/Retail solution – business critical applications
- Lead implementation of new IT solution
- Developing IT strategy
- Ensuring technology documents/certificates such as product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreements, service contracts etc. related to technology operations and/or technology services are evaluated, updated and processed
- As needed and appropriate but no less than annually providing written technology policy guidance to managers, employees and consumers.
- Analyzing technology requirements and developing functional specifications. Conducting comparative analysis and competitive price negotiation when necessary
- Managing technology inventory to include procurement and disposal
- Ensuring compliance with all software licensing agreements
- Managing and safeguarding software media and associated licenses
- Developing annual IT team goals and detailed plans for KPI accomplishment
- Responsible for the discovery, mitigation and documentation of information technology risks
- Managing the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization
- Preparing, developing and maintaining a technology disaster recovery plan
- Managing technology projects
- Developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with other business units and ensuring the IT team is well received and presented professionally and positively
- Maintaining knowledge on current technology, evaluating new technologies and attending trade-shows, technical seminars and training sessions
- Developing and managing IT budget and monitoring and approving related expenditures
- Assists in other IT duties as needed and directed
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 10 years’ experience in IT related field
- Experience of People Management
- Good collaboration, interpersonal and communication skill
- Proven problem solving and time management skills with an ability to prioritize
- Self-confident to drive the result
- Teamworking attitude and open-minded
- Functional knowledge of "SAP"
- Integration of 3PL with SAP
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Ability to develop strong mutually trusting relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Energetic and flexible individual who is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment and has proven capacity to work well under pressure
- Hands on, self-starter positive approach with ad-hoc tasks
- Project manager experience for implementation of global IT solution
- Fluent English communication skill
