• Communicate with Brands to analyse overall retail situation for multi. store opening/closing/extension, consolidate multi Brands plan and communicate Department store to make sure that Brands performance outcomes are achieved.
• Find potential site and negotiate location and rent with landlord to maximize the profits.
• Plan store layout for multi store.
• Prepare various kinds of documents for boutique opening
• Manage revised store plan for implementation by checking the schedule and hiring status.
• Propose potential business deals by contacting buyers, discovering an exploring opportunities.
• Negotiate operation issues such as commission, distribution plan, marketing plan and etc.
• Provide extensive analysis for business development such as market analysis, Brands’ promotion & action plan and etc. through preparing documents form and distributing them to Brand and collecting materials from Brands.
경력 및 자격요건
- Retail industry background
- Fashion, Sports and High end brands preferable
- Min. total 10 years of working experience in the related field or Department store or Retail Business.
- Knowledge in negotiation location and commission
- Knowledge in operation boutique or free standing store
- Experience in managing staffs
- Skill at Communication, relationship and negotiation
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word - Proficient in English
