1. Handle Tier 1 helpdesk for customers seeking technical assistance
2. Resolve local IT problems on hardware and system software and refer them to IT Service desk
3. Support shop staffs to use hardware and software for business focus.
4. Provide application training to end-users whenever appropriate.
5. Maintain user account & group
6. Install and maintain PCs according to the corporate guidelines and standards.
7. Maintain data in IT inventory system for correct charging.
8. Verify IT invoice and prepare data for accounting
9. Keep the proper status of IT stationary including printer ink and toner.
10. Coordinate maintenance of local intranet to meet revised business requirements
11. To help gathering information AS-IS, requirement for new menu in local intranet.
경력 및 자격요건
1. IT 헬프데스크 업무 경력 3년~5(사원/대리급)
2. 패션, 유통 등 소비재 분야, 호텔 등 서비스 분야 외국계 기업 경력자 우대
3. 영어 가능자
