1) Reporting / Analysis
• Optimise the use of financial and business information, develop and prepare local management reports to support Business in decision making.
• Ensure that controlling reports are in line with corporate requirements
• Ensure data consistency of SAP and SIS in coordination with Group Reporting team
• Prepare monthly business / function cost reports
• Analyze monthly/quarterly B/S, P&L, Profit Contribution, Retail report, and cost center report, and report and discuss the deviation from budget with relevant business managers; discuss / monitor action plans to overcome negative deviations
• Monitor stock development and stock turnover periodically and report irregularities to relevant managers; discuss / monitor action plans in case of negative deviations
• Special analysis according to business needs
• Prepare commentary file for quarterly report
2) Ret ail Controlling
• Review of all SEPs and give feedback to Retail manager and F&A MD
• Monitor Retail key performance indicators and report and discuss irregularities with Managing Director F&A and CGB and also Monobrand Retail Manager
•Review and analyze retail PL and Channel Profitability and work with business team to improve them. (Critical store review will be part of it.)
3) Planning (Budget, Forecast, Mid Term Financial Plan)
• Being the local planning Coordinator and responsible for local internal planning calendar (budget, forecast, mid-term financial plan)
• Support the Business during the planning process with tool support, reviewing and questioning planning result
• Work with VG Communication managers to prepare communication budget on CPT and SAP
• Support Managing Director F&A to consolidate all budget data and prepare budget for Retail and VG level
• Perform the necessary analysis for the planning review (incl. commentary file)
경력 및 자격요건
- Member of the Recognized Professional Accountancy Society preferred
- Controlling experience(7~10년)
- Analytical and Process oriented
- Good collaboration, interpersonal and communication skill
- Pro-activity
- Customer oriented and problem solving ability
- Excellence in business judgment.
- Self-confident to drive the result
- Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Excel, and SAP BW Application
- Fluent in English

- Retail industry 경험 preferred
