. The position is responsible for managing all commercial and business development activities for export to ensure the business operate in full compliance
• Identify market opportunities, generate and execute sales plans for business development with existing and new products, services and solutions to fulfill anticipated market and customer demand
• Own forecast and lead SO&P process from a sales perspective
• Define annual and quarterly sales targets for the sales teams to maximize and individual sales targets
• Actively contribute to pricing strategies for the region with Product Marketing to maintain and grow contribution margins at the Product & Solution level
• Partner with fellow Sales Leaders, develop relationships, share goals, and achievements for learning and growth.
• Take responsibility to cultivate industry level Alliances and Partnerships that ensure the business obtains necessary visibility, through speaking engagements, project pipelines, public relations activities and critical supplier relationships

. Deep knowledge and concrete implementation experience for Development overseas market
• Over 15 year experience in Overseas sales
• Over 4 year team manager or Overseas sales head career
• Full experience or knowledge for Mechanical hardware / Machinery / Architectural hardware etc
• Fluent English communication skills
• Communication and presentation skills with projects
• One other major Asian language in writing and speaking is plus
• Domestic and overseas business travel as required
