  • / 담당업무
  • 1. Compensation & Benefit
    - Provide expert advice within HR and across the Businesses on all matters relating to Compensation and Benefits, including payroll, taxes, social security, pensions, audit and international assignments
    - Manage payroll
    - Lead C&B system activities and maintain the database
    - Conduct market studies and analysis to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the Company’s C&B philosophy
    - Manage and coordinate annual activities and programs such as group insurance renewal
    - Lead or participate in strategic C&B projects, and participate in cross-functional HR projects such as sales incentive plan and total reward projects
    - Support local HR Manager in preparing and consolidating HR related expenses for annual budgeting exercise, annual increment and annual incentive plan exercise
    - Liaise with local payroll partners on all C&B matters
    - Analyze the payroll data and report to local and region management

    2. Labor Management
    - Serve as subject matter expert for labor law, company policy/procedure knowledge to employees, managers and people representatives
    - Provide advisory support on the resolution of employee relations matters to HR, Leadership and employees
    - Liaise with the Legal team to ensure legal risks are fully considered in all ER related activity and to ensure consistency of advice and guidance to HR teams and leaders
    - Develop HR and line manager capability in the understanding and application of employment law, policies and ER practices to ensure consistency and manage risk continuously linking in with the global policy
    - Influence the policy framework across all ER related activity that supports our business and people strategy
    - Participate GWP Committee meeting on quarterly basis

    3. HRIS
    - Update employee data as needed
    - Employee document management

    4. Company Events / Activities
    - Support and organise company events and employee activities
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • - Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or Business Administration.
    - Minimum 5 years in human resources experience.
    - Familiarity with government policy and labor laws.
    - Good English ability, both written & spoken.
    - Entrepreneurial self-starter.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    - Multitasker / Comfortable in fast paced environment.
    - Familiarity with retail industry.
