-Partner with Data Protection Sales Leadership team to grow business and exceed revenue plan:
- Increase number of customers across Korea => Market Share Growth
- Grow existing customer revenue and execute strategic plan => cNPS
- Increase portfolio attach % within Korea:
- Align to Hyper-Converged and Modern Infrastructure GTM
- Increase number of Data Protection attach opportunities per territory
- Increase Core SE Participation rate across Korea
- Increase market share within Korea territory:
- Drive customer facing activity across presales team
- Leverage DPS Inside Sales for run-rate acquisition growth
- Drive channels engagement and develop the channels ecosystem
- Maintain above average eNPS in DPS and Korea business:
-Develop presales people through formal training and coaching
- Build, develop and lead a team of Elite Data Protection Preales Specialists
