- Become a business partner for the organization and the managers in terms of people management.
- Be a coach to managers, and career/development advisor to employees.
- Design, implement and monitor the reward system to maintain market competitiveness and retain talents
- Hire and retain diverse talent within the organization.
- Facilitates effective performance management process across the organization
- Evolves culture through employee engagement, diversity and inclusion activities.
- Participate Success Factors (HRIS) project and maintain HR data.
- Provides effective relationship with HQ HR to ensure the consistency with global objectives and strategy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business strategies and corporate guideline
- Maintain high level of HR service and operational excellence in payroll, benefit admin.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including compensation & benefits.
- Prefer multinational company experience
- Good experience of HR systems, HR policies and legal requirements
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
- Fluent in both Korean and English
