  • - Communicating continuously with customers and stores by telephone, email, letter and face to face (SR incl. COM, IR & MUB)
    - Compiles and prints reports on overall customer satisfaction
    - Supervises customer service managerial staff
    - Handling customer complaints or any major issue, such as the loss of a part of an item or a customer having allergy
    - Learning about our company’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes
    - Training staffs of stores to deliver a high standard of customer service
    - Prepares products or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
    - Investigating and solving customers‘ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by consumer service assistants
    - Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expecting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    - Recommends potential products or service to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
    - Reports the cases of complaints to Head of Customer Service
    - Leading or supervising the team of Consumer service staffs
    - Leads the implementation of a product and services training plan to ensure all team members have the product knowledge required to maximize sales and answer customer enquiries.
    - Leads the implementation of a system training plan to ensure all team members are competent enquiries.
    - Leads the implementation of Market Research projects where required

  • - cs경력 6년 10년(과장급)
    - Retail 경력자 우대
    - 영어 가능자(이메일과 영어 간단한 커뮤니케이션)
    - people management 경력자 우대
  • / 기타
  • - 원서 마감후 1차(서류) 합격자에 한하여 개별연락
    - 이력서에 연락처, 희망연봉 게재
    - 해외여행에 결격 사유가 없는 자
