- Pursue additional business development opportunities whenever support visit. Collaborate with sales team on the way of approaching and suggest a solution set to the customer.
- Secure customer technical staff commitments through a clear suggestion and resolution. In case integration is needed, give valid technical methods.
- Strategically approach competitor’s customer through asking what customer wants and needs for his working efficiency. Collaborate with sales engineer on this opportunity.
- Provide professional and in depth knowledge like consumables, machines, integration to sales team for technical sales approaching skill.
- Secure collaborate with sales and marketing to grow sales income in extrusion, dairy and beverage market.
- Secure collaborate with sales for profitable sales growth in secondary packaging.
- Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
경력 및 자격요건
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent business experience (Electrical engineering preferred).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Service experience with technical pre-sales or technical sales or technical consulting role.
- Experience in speaking and writing English.
- Specialist level of technical knowledge and skills on our machines, consumables and higher integration skill with FA & data communication system (ERP, MES and simple PC communication).
- Ability to demonstrate logical thinking process to troubleshoot and leverage on materials and internal resources to resolve situations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Experienced level of customer relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
