• Lab Operations Engineer(Cleanroom)
- Interface with contractors during design and construction of cleanroom, labs and offices
- Install, set-up and qualify new equipment into the cleanroom and labs, including vacuum equipment, exhaust hoods, ovens, cleaning systems and analytical equipment
- Create preventive maintenance plan and schedule for facility equipment
- Maintain cleanroom and facility support equipment
- Calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the existing and future facility infrastructure.
- Operation and maintenance of thermal evaporation equipment, including vacuum chambers, pumps and compressors
- Respond efficiently to facility emergencies to minimize equipment downtime
경력 및 자격요건
• BS in Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics..
• Min of 5 years industrial experience with semiconductor equipment and facilities
• Hands-on experience with class 1000 or better clean room equipment and controls
• Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of semiconductor process equipment and facility support equipment
• Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems individually and with a team
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks, be adaptable to change and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in an efficient, proactive manner.
• Knowledge in operation & maintenance of vacuum system, capability of troubleshooting is preferred
