- Plan and execute channel sales strategy to achieve revenue, profit and growth
targets.
- Spearhead the development of new partners and channels.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders in proactively defining and driving sales /
marketing activities which include identifying market opportunities and threats,
monitoring competition activities and executing commercial activities such as
launching new products to the market successfully on a timely manner so as
to add value to our customers’ business requirements.
- Ability to use various sales tools, including SalesForce.com, in mapping sales
efficiency as well as sales activities and target tracking so as to increase
visibility for sales prospects and revenue progression.
- Gain and capitalize market knowledge to help the distributor in working out
their sales tactics while partnering with ASPAC marketing and pre-sales
technical service team.
- Network in the Industry Events and Trade Shows in order to assess potential
customers and new channel partners as well as the market competition and
technology evolution in Korea.
- Support Integrators whenever necessary with the local distributors and
development RTM strategy for these partners.
경력 및 자격요건
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Sales & Channel Management role
within a technology based company with complex B2B interactions with
proven track records of success.
- Experience working in global matrix organizationin MNC/international group
handling big strategic accounts preferably in FMCG or large industrial space
