- About 20 years and more experiences in fashion business field
- Having sales experience; strong relationship with buyer @ Department store, Specialty shop, Free standings. Real estate, Etc.
- Having strategy planning skill and able to promote the plan
- Having merchandising skill, experience, and knowledge
- Having knowledge of E-commerce business
- Ability to import and localize luxury fashion brands
- Management skill
- Fluent English is must, conversant in Japanese is a plus
