  • 1. Sales
    - Implement action plans to achieve/exceed sales goals and KPI per store
    - Strong analytical skills
    - Work with store staffs to achieve sales budget and the defined sales forecasts via monthly business review with retail manager
    - Identify market trends and factors contributing to or detracting from sales and propose actions
    - Partner with other departments to work on merchandises, VM and CRM opportunities on a regular basis
    - Ensure stores environment are consistently compelling through brand presentation. Invest in team and self to ensure a true passion and respect for the brand is constant.
    2. Retail Operations
    - Maintain operational standards, and ensuring company policies and practices are followed in the stores.
    - Regularly visit the stores to assess company and competitor performance
    - Foster an environment in each store where service excellence is the top priority through training, coaching, modelling appropriate selling behaviors and personal involvement
    - Inventory review in each store on a monthly basis to ensure sufficient stock is available to support the sales while inventory compliance is adhered to the standard of operations.
    - Monitor all aspects of store operations including payroll, billing, daily reconciliation reports and bank statement and sales reports submitted by store in charge
    - Monitor store staff roster
    3. People
    - Assess strengths and opportunities of the store staffs and communicate with Retail manager on staff suggestions and needs, encourage exchange ideas

  • Particular skills and knowledge required
    - More than 3 years’ experience in retail operation
    - Highly developed and proven analytical skills
    - Be proactive in terms of finding opportunities to grow business and be reactive to changes within the market.
    - Preferably with SAP knowledge
    - Excellent in MS Excel and Power point
    - Good communications and interpersonal skills
    - Knowledge in shoes and accessories will be an definite advantage
    - Good command of written and spoken English

    - Have a sense of urgency and ability to deal swiftly with changing needs
    - Team player with the ability to work on own initiative when required
    - Response positively to feedback
    - Highly organized with an ability to multi task
    - Innovative and proactive, with a “can do” attitude
    - Well presented with the ability to communicate confidently
