1) Construction of remodeling or facilities improvement project
-Construction, equipment and warehouse fitting issues for efficient & functional warehouse
-Coordinate with architect, consultants, contractor and equipment vendors
-Set up and update construction schedule and monitor project progress schedule
-Manage, control and monitor project cost
2) Existing warehouses maintenance
-Develop&monitor energy efficient scheme at warehouse level to reduce maintenance cost
-Monitor warehouse maintenance team
-Monitor regular PM of all existing warehouses
-> fire-fighting facilities inspection, HVAC and etc
-Provide the warehouse maintenance team with technical support and advice
경력 및 자격요건
1군 건설사, 설비 시공 경험 8년 이상 보유자 (관련 자격증 소지 필수)
-Mechanical engineer qualification is required
-Min. 8 years of work experience of mechanical facilities on construction project
-Min. 2 projects execution experience in charge, 1st group of Construction Company
-Knowledge of commercial building systems
(HVAC, Plumbing, fire prevention facilities, electricity etc.)
-The ability to read/work architectural, mechanical, electrical and fire prevention facilities drawings
-Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, HWP, PDF, CAD, .dwf & .dwg files,
-Good in written English for drawings, specifications and communication with e-mail
-Strong organization and effective communication at all levels within the organization
-Must be flexible and able to provide effective management in a transitional, ever-changing environment
-Must possess strong work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail and excellent time management skills
-건축설비기사 or 냉동공조기사 자격 소지자 우대
