- Represents IS team in partnering with business teams and external partners from SCM respect
- Sets IT system strategy and development plan and realizes to meet needs from the business
- Delivers IT solution of SCM to support end-to-end business process in fashion/luxury industry (order management, intercompany transactions, export/import, in-land logistics, warehouse, inventory management, EDI interface)
- Works closely with internal stakeholders and development partners to design and build optimal IT system with focus on MM and LE module in SAP and interface with 3PL’s WMS
- Ensures that all IT projects are delivered with excellence and business-specific service level agreements are met

'- Strong and concrete understanding in IT and technology
- Overall understanding in key business index and processes in fashion/ luxury industry
- Proven IT analytical and quantitative skills (PI experience preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in SAP, Database and EDI
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate between many participants from business divisions and the IT experts
- Ability to explain things non-technically, and understand business processes and needs at a strategic level
- Fluent English both in verbal and written communication
