1) Communication (Advertising/ PR/ Promotion/ Event)
- Continue to strengthen Omega brand equity through cost effective marketing programs that support key strategic choices from HQ.
- Initiates and executes a well packaged & cost effective Advertising, promotion, and PR programs that suit the market needs.
- Provides market related inputs on global A&P strategy formulation.
- Identifies, develops and produces local marketing activities to support specific maintenance and launches.
- Creatively manages media schedules and expenditures of all advertising activities to ensure dominance in share of voice, top of mind and total awareness etc.
- Media plan management (Brand media system)
- Monitor advertisement campaign and communicate with boutiques & channel
- Design, recommend, and implement PR programs.
- Negotiates on the best possible PR deals in terms of cost, quality, timing and implementation.
- Evaluates PR requests and provide brand/ product information to magazine journalists.
- Properly manages execution of A&P programs/ PR programs with agencies.
- Designs & executes consumer loyalty program with customer purchasing data.
- Local adaptation of globally developed creative.
- Get approval from HQ for all local marketing activities and consumer- facing below-the-line activities.
2) In-store Communication (Retail Marketing)
- Plan, execute & supervise all in-store marketing programs including VMD program.
- Plans and executes retail promotion to drive the traffic to Omega boutiques and to increase the sell-out.
- Creates all sales support materials and makes it work through retail team.
- Upgrades & keeps the consistency of Omega boutiques according Global Retail strategy.
- Co-work with VMD executive for window update, store opening, and renewal related issues.
3) CRM
- DB management, consumer segmentation&analysis

- Professional Competencies: Planning and Execution, Consumer Insight, Marketing Briefing, Advertising & Promotion, Event, PR, and Digital
- Leadership Experiences: +3yrs of team management
- Personal Attributes: Creative, Innovative, Strong leadership, Strong sense of responsibility
- Education: University graduate of marketing related major
